My laptop take too much time in booting process. Is there method that can reduce booting time. Any suggestion will highly be appreciated.

So is this a different problem to the restart issue?
Do a hardware diagnostic and post the results please.
Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
