Is there a way to get the product key from the service tag from Dell
or in bios. The windows on this tablet has never beeb activated. Manufactured in 2019

While there are tools to extract the license key from your system, it does not have any value or applicable use to anyone. A clean install with Windows installation created by Creation Tool will load the same version which was validated for the system.
Windows license was activated at the factory. If your tablet never has activated license before, you must purchase a retail license. Information can be verified on Dell support site using your system tag (do not post it here).
