There is a commonly known problem with the quality of the liquid cooling system that Dell puts into their Aurora Desktops. It is cheap and noisy and with its 120mm radiator, too small to properly cool a 12 Core Ryzen 5900x CPU -but that's another story.

As you can tell by the many other customer requests on this issue, the bad quality of the Alienware fan/liquid cooler hardware (wasn't Alienware supposed to be a premium OEM brand?) and software (the AWCC fan curve control doesn't really react to any manual settings and give very limited curve customization options and AWCC Overclocking presets give WORSE benchmark results than having PBO disabled, kind of funny)- it is the best solution to just bypass Alienware subpar cooling system all together and uninstall AWCC.

Now I installed a Corsair H80i v2 and used the two fans that come along with it to replace both the fans and it instantly solved the problem with the unpleasant and loud noise of the bad old alienware fans. The problem that remains is that even though the bios doesnt give and error on startup, it doesnt really recognize the corsair fans, even though they are regular industry standard 4pin PWM fans, that literally every other non-Alienware mainboard on the market has no issues working with.

Neither can I use the corsair link software to control pump and fan speeds because the mainboard (of this 3000€ desktop) does not offer an extra USB header nor can I use a 3rd party fan control software like fan speed, because the motherboard does not properly support the PWM fans.

Why didn't they engineer a 280mm radiator option into that case? They even sell 5950x with it and it doesn't do justice to a 5800x or even 5600x as well..

Sorry for the ranting but don't get me wrong, this is a request in the first place: Dell give full 3rd party fan support for Alienware Aurora R10 mainboards!
