Right. My 2 month old R10 (5900, 3080) just stopped working.
I think there was some kind of update, but I was busy doing something and wasn't paying proper attention.
Now shows the 2,1 (System board failure - according to the online service manual) then it just rotates the cicle of dots, presumably a Windows startup thing that then fails to progress.
Even booting from a USB into Windows install or Zorin Linux fails. The first at the circle of dots, the second with a vague error message.
I can get into the BIOS and even the Support Assist seems to think everything's fine. But it isn't.
I'm going to try a couple of things and if all fails contact Support. Might just rip out the expensive bits and buy a proper case and mobo for a transplant
And now it doesn't even do that. The ring light and Alien are on, but no signal to the monitor. It just sits there like an illuminated paperweight. Tried the Whatsapp support request QR code, but they're on Central Time and I'm on Central European Time. And the Support page (text) chat lines are all busy. And I hate phoning.

My R10 is on BIOS 2.2.1 which is, if I'm not mistaken, the undowngradeable one. Joy.
