Let's talk about Aurora R13. My Computer Specs:

Alienware Aurora R13
Windows 11 Home
12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900KF 3.19 GHz
Nvidia RTX 3090 with studio driver
DDR5 RAM 128GB
Audio Interface: APOGEE Symphony Desktop and Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 gen 1
Speaker: GENELEC 8030C

I use my Aurora R13 for Video Production. The problem is distortion when playing back audio from any source such as media players, internet browsers, etc. I am getting audio distortion/crackles/pops while playing audio and it seems that Dell doesn't know about this issue.

I found a post who has same issue like me. According to that post, the reason of disstortion sound is regarding to the Alienware Command Center Software/Support Assist and USB audio interfaces are for whatever reason, not compatible with each other. I'm facing same issue, too. so after that, I deleted all the Dell pre-installed software. but sometimes distorted sound is coming up.
