I have tried three different bluetooth earbuds/headsets, AirPods, Bose, and Sony, all three headsets are very choppy and will disconnect. I updated all drivers, bios and even reinstalled with WiFi/Nic/Bluetooth driver... the problem still exist.

I finally went out and purchased a generic USB Bluetooth dongle, I disabled the built in bluetooth via device manager, to my surprise all three earbuds/headsets work now without issues. To verify, I removed the dongle and enabled the onboard bluetooth. The problem came back.  

Any suggestions? Is there a known issue with the R16 Bluetooth module?
