I'm looking to buy a 2nd hand AW3420DW and I have a few options that state A02,A03,A04. May I know if anyone knows what is the differences between each of them?
If you're referring to the REV A01, etc., number printed on the monitor, then the highest number is the most recent (newest by manufacturing date). There may a change in the manufacturing facility e.g., Mexico vs. China; a firmware update; or other undisclosed changes. I don't think Dell maintains a public list of non-firmware updates by REV number. Since no firmware is listed on the driver side and based on the other response the changes didn't include a firmware update.

The AW3420DW, revision differences were not provided by the Displays team. The driver page does not list any firmware update data.
