AW3423DW, black screen flickering caused by pixel shifting?

So I’ve been getting the black screen flickering that others have reported here before. It occurs for a fraction of a second and at times randomly and once every few minutes, and it looks like this is happening because of the pixel shift mechanism on this monitor. Every time the flicker occurs, I also notice that the image on the monitor shifts off the bezels (upwards and or side wards), which I believe is the pixel shift. The flickering occurs aggressively during gaming, occurring more frequently than on regular desktop usage.

I am unable to contact Dell Support through the chat options, possibly because I’m from India, and the only available mode of contact is through phone. So I contacted DellCares on twitter who are absolutely clueless about my issue, and are only offering troubleshooting tips. I got the monitor in late December, last year, so the return window is over and I am very frustrated on what to do regarding this issue.
