My bluetooth stops working. In device manager,  the devices under the Bluetooth are greyed out. I have installed the Qualcomm Atheros Qualcomm QCA61x4, restarted the PC, but it won't even come up under the device manager again. This has been going on for 5 weeks now, I am exhausted
