17 R5, Keyboard Lights do not Work
Have followed instructions on Dell Support webpage Here and installed the latest version of Alienware Command Center Application v5.2.91.0 (i.e. Version 5.2.63.0 or higher) from Dell Drivers and Downloads page. Looked in Device Manager's Human Interface Devices, but did not find the addition of a Keyboard HID device.
Is it named "Keyboard HID device" or something different?
