Alienware r15 crashing

My r15 its crashing in the last 24h after Windows10 update. I am really upset. My hp omen was too way better reliable.

What's your system's revision?

Is it the Windows 10 update of October 2018, to which you are referring?

What do you mean with crashing? Please provide more details.

@Alienware-Eimy, hi!

I guess there is some issue on Raid Drivers(BIOS - instructions) for Hard Disks.
Some times the system crashes and the BIOS cant even detect Hard Disk drives.
What kind of information you need? DxDiag? I already did the diagnose test under dells webpage and it showed that was nothing wrong found.
See... the fault is over hard disks systems the crash data from windows10 cant even be saved... its 0%.

Hi.

I guess there is some issue in the last BIOS release and its losing the HDDs connection.

This is the BIOS status after the crash.

Eimy, howdy? Problem solved... just switched the SSDHD from slot 3 to slo2 (horizontal one). Systems is working steady for 2 days. Thanks! (anyway)
