I ordered dell Alienware area 51m last Saturday but when I go to my account’s order page, there’s nothing. When I put the internet reference number (which wasn’t delivered to me by dell through mail, lucky I took a screenshot after completing the purchase), it says order number not yet assigned.

Like how incompetent these people even are? Not a single call, no email, nothing and I already made the full payment. 

Is there a way to cancel the order? Because I’m sick and tired of people who are this much irresponsible and don’t care about their customers. Scums
