My Alienware 17R5 suddenly breaks down when on battery! It happened to me many times and still happening. The battery level is always above 50%. One more problem, the colors of the keyboard, alien head and the chases won't change! Even the the Marco Keys don't change the lights! These problems started before months! Could anyone please tell me what's really going on?!
