I was recently offered the $50 Amazon gift card.

But they wanted a micro-certificate with 18 fields to enter (on my phone), then asked for a witness AND THEN to mail the form.

That completely erased any goodwill generated towards Dell. And I now have 20x ill-will from such deception. 

Can you make it right?
