Hello, 

Several weeks ago in May I made an Alienware Arena account. I was receiving the standard weekly Dell Rewards points for logging in until this last week July 24, I stopped receiving the weekly points for logging in. 

I am using the same email account for both my Alienware Arena and Dell Rewards, and have tried the recommended procedures of logging out and back in multiple times. 

I have also reached out to Alienware Arena customer support and have not yet heard back. 

I saw another post from July 24 where other customers were experiencing this issue. I know that Dell Rewards was able to remedy this issue through working with them 1 on 1. 

I also saw in that post that Dell support recommended making a new post to have the issue handled. This is me making that post.
