Compensation or filing

I am asking for compensation for my experience and financial burden because of broken laptop.

I ordered a Dell XPS 9500 over a month ago. Took forever to be delivered. Laptop was broken on delivery. Dell sent a tech out (for which the process was told completely inaccurately over the phone for which I took off of work and lost 2 days pay when they showed up a different day and time than  was told). The tech was unable to fix my laptop and actually argued himself over the phone with Dell for their horrible product and customer service. I initiated a return and sent back my laptop to Dell. Had to fight for over 2 hours on the phone because they were going to charge me $110 for shipping and not refund me the full amount. I believe I got this resolved once I let them know that I will be contacting the BBB.

I called today because they received my laptop 2 days ago and Dell's website has not updated in days to initiate my refund. After 2 hours on the phone this morning, I had a customer care person email me that they did receive it days ago and are processing my refund. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about this experience and the financial toll it took on me because of missing days of work to be home when they told me a tech would come out, they refused to send me to one. They asked a million off-topic questions and then said there is no supervisor to transfer me to. I had to call three times because all three customer care people hung up on me. Ridiculous. At this point, if I am not contacted by a supervisor by phone or on here by 2/11/2021, I will filing litigation and contacting the BBB. I am only looking for compensation of at least $100 (can be added to my Dell Rewards balance so that maybe I can purchase something that could make up for my lost wages) and that is it. No 5% off a future purchase craziness. The ball is in your court Dell.
