Recently bought dell Inspiron 3593 , it's motherboard needs to be changed so I asked for the replacement. It's been 2 months i still did not get laptop and updated the delivery date to 10th march. 

As informed, total days for replacement is 50 days and they are extending it. Worst service dells. Can i ask for refund and buy another laptop i am already on loss of pay since replacement.
