I canceled an order on November 14th of 2023. Dell Credit states that I have no balance due and yet I only have $97 available to use out of my $3,000 credit line. If my order was canceled I should have recieved a refund weeks ago, and would like to know if there is a way I could get it done. Thanks in advance for any resolve!
