I'm having a nightmare getting my computer fixed.  I paid to get it fixed.  Paid for a warranty.  Sent it in twice.  And now they've had me tied up for 2 days troubleshooting after sending me back a broken computer twice.  Please help if you can.  I just want a shipping tag to send it back in to get fixed or get it replaced.
