Over a month ago I bought a PC from Dell, and immediately cancelled the order. They were quick to take out the money, however it's been over a month now, and I still haven't got the money back. The void the transaction, and then take out the money again. They did this 3 times. They refunded the money, then took it out again. If I hadn't been monitoring my bank statement very closely they wouldn't ripped me off for 1.3k. I've been messaging them for over a month and it's not been resolved yet. At this point I've lost hope, I'm going to raise it with whatever authority I can. This is such a pain.
