I waited for a technician to stop by for a memory replacement on this 9 months/13 days old XPS 8940. The window was 8am to 6pm, I waited all day and never received any updates and was not told the technician wasn’t going to make it until I asked at 6:30pm. Was told to “kindly wait until Monday”….which is a holiday. I totally understand things happen but the lack of communication is frustrating. Am I just supposed to be ready whenever for someone to stop by?
