I'm trying to install OMSA 9.4 on a Hyper-V Server 2016 system (Power Edge M630 in VRTX).  Per the documentation, I first ran "RunPreReqChecks.exe /s", which seemed to finish instantly.  When I then went to run "msiexec /i SysMgmtx64.msi", it warned me that the pre-req checker hadn't been run.  I backed out and went to check the folder and registry locations, and there was nothing in either of them.

I tried re-running RunPreReqChecks, again finished instantly but left nothing behind.  I ran it again without the /s tag, and that time it ran just as quickly, but did leave at least some registry entries and a folder in the Temp directory (but no files in the folder).  I tried SysMgmtx64 again, but it still says the PreRequisite Checker hadn't been run.

Am I getting something wrong?  Did I mis-read the instructions, or are they out of date?  Is OMSA not supposed to be used on VRTX blades anymore?

Any help would be appreciated.
