I'm having a problem with my Dell Wyse terminal.
I've called and emailed Dell support, but since it's an older device, they can't help.
When I try to enter the BIOS, I get a message saying the password is incorrect—I've entered it incorrectly several times—and it asks for a password or unlock key.
I should add that I entered the password “Fireport,” but it doesn't work.

Looks like the password has been changed from the default of Fireport on the Thin Client. The only way that can be reset is to contact us. We will need to confirm ownership and some information from you. You mentioned you already tried contacting us; did you try the out-of-warranty option, or entering your Dell Service Tag on the Dell support site to get contact information?
