Compatibility Dell C2422HE monitor - integrated dock

Hi folks,

Can someone tell me the compatibility of the integrated dock of the Dell C2422HE monitor with the following laptops:

- Dell G15 (5520) - RTX 3060 - with 240 W power supply

- Dell Inspiron 16 Plus (7620) - RTX 3060 - with 130 W power supply

- Dell XPS 15 (9520) - RTX 3050 Ti - with 130 W power supply

I am aware that I will have to charge all three laptops with an additional power supply. So my questions regarding compatibility are:

1. Will I be able to project from the laptop to the monitor via USB-C and connect peripherals via the monitor?

2. Is the power button on the monitor going to work for controlling the laptop?

3. How serviceable is the C2422HE monitor for casual gaming? In particular, will I experience screen tearing since ther is no AMD FreeSync or Nvidia G-Sync?
