Drucker Dell C3760n Fehlercode 016-370
Hallo
Nach Schwierigkeiten beim Drucken habe ich mich fürs Neuinstallieren der Firmware entschieden ("Dell Printer Update Tool" Printer_C3760_Firmware_Dell_A11_WIN). Hat leider nicht geklappt, seither geht gar nichts mehr. Alle mir zur Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten fruchten nicht... kann mir jemand weitere Tips geben?

Hi,
Disconnect the printer and remove the toner and clean all areas with compressed air where you can get it. In addition, also clean the CDT sensor. I ask you to perform a firmware update. The USB driver and the current firmware can be found on the Dell website. An NVRAM clear also helps in many cases.
