Do you mean moving 3880 components to a bigger better case?
the motherboard is proprietary in form factor and mounting hole positions and not going to fit nicely in a standard full tower case. You can try installing the board in a bigger non-Dell case (probably need to drill custom mounting holes) and give up all the front IO ports because they would not fit new case.
Dell case seems to have a permanent non detachable IO shield at back. You will lose the shield after moving to new case.
Dell PSU is TFX which does not fit standard case either, although you may upgrade to standard ATX psu and use 24 to 6 pin adapter for the board.
