The delivery date for your order to arrive has been updated to   07/02/2022. But suddenly I got another email and my order has been delivered on 19/01/2022. I open the delivered package today and found the item is Inspiron AIO DT 7700 and 1) Wireless mouse with Keyboard and 2) UK power cord were missing. The DELL support service is available only on Mon-Friday from 9am to 5pm. Its much inconvenient for me. I want to know is DELL Inspiron 27 7000 and Inspiron AIO DT 7000 is same aa-in-one computer? Are they come without mouse, key board and power cord? I checked order-list and found all these missing items are included. Then how comes DELL doing such negligence?
