Change processor

My notebook has a Tag service:

and :

And my question is possible to change processor in actually is a I3 7020U and

Question 1 : Is possible to upgrade?

Question 2: The model maximun support my notebook what is?

Thank you for your message. I am afraid, the processor is soldered to the motherboard & cannot be replaced individually. The entire motherboard has to be replaced.

This system model is shipped with the following processor options –

7th generation Intel Core i3/i5/i7

6th generation Intel Core i3

Dell does not recommend processor upgrades unless it is a consumer replaceable part. Doing so will void the warranty. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
