No system with that CPU will have a warranty - it's about six years old. And no, the CPU cannot be replaced (it's permanently soldered to the system board). And while the i3 could be replaced by replacing the entire system board with one having an i5 or i7 CPU (if it was an option for the system), it'll still be of the same generation, and lack Windows 11 official support.
If you want an officially supported CPU for Windows 11, you need to purchase a new system.
I have a similar problem, except that I would like to change the CPU in my Desktop XPS 8700 which has an Intel Core i7-4790 CPU, with a CPU that has TPM 2.0 capability and complies with Windows 11 requirements.
Otherwise, my computer is working very well and I would prefer to keep it. Is this possible in a desktop?
