Do You Perform DELL Support Assist?

I perform at least once a month and any updates have not let me down, for 3 years, for my 7572!  Latest was BIOS today, that had to do with security.   

Also, how often to you perform Disk Cleanup and DeFrag?  Clear Cache?  I do once a month.
