My Dell G7 7588 does not turn on. When the power button is pressed, the keyboard lights up fully including the Caps light(which cannot be toggled) and the charging light blinks continuously for 4 times white and 2 times orange and repeats over and over. There is no dell splash screen.

I am guessing this flashing of the power light conveys a diagnostic message. Please help me.
