Ghost Bubbles

I am having these bubbles appear on my screen and when they do I cannot use the mouse or the touch screen.  I just have to push the power button and shut down.  I have disabled my touch screen and am seeing if this solves the problem  Does anyone know what to do?

Do they actually appear to be physical bubbles that do not go away after a shutdown? It may be that the LCD screen needs to be replaced. For ghost bubbles have a look here and here.

You obviously have a faulty Touch Screen

You have already applied the fix : Disabled the touchscreen

Cleaning the LCD with a proper solvent doesn't fix the issue, than replacing it would be the only option.

Also check your model's driver page and see if an LCD firmware was posted
