Alrighty so my inspiron 11 3000 isn't the most lovable of laptops... I liked its 2-in-one feature the best. Key word: Liked. After having it for maybe six months, the touchscreen became unresponsive. Only now have I dedicated myself to fixing the problem. I've done all the updates (including drivers), and I've ran the troubleshooter many times.. I've even factory reset it. One big problem is that my HIV-compliant touch screen is missing from the device manager list. How can I restart it if it isn't even there?? Now, I really don't know much about computers. But, I can carry out instructions well. Sooo, if anybody has an idea, please share!
