An update started about 24 hours ago and my PC is not stuck in undoing changes made to your computer. now it's only doing the update then restarting loop that I can access anything. I have tried to access safe mode with start-up, pressing f8 and nothing happens. I can access my mobo (Asus ROG) but nothing in there is letting me get to a point where I can get into the advanced repair or safe mode. I tried A USB with a windows installation on it only for that to not recognize the other log in needed.
