WHEA = Windows Hardware Error Architecture did you run the complete ePSA tests or just the first short one ? you need to run the complete diagnostics .This error can also be caused by a bad or failed windows update.
A few more ideas as to what might cause this error
Are you using the latest bios for your model ?.
Run a full antivirus scan
Disable fast boot mode windowskey +r => powercfg.cpl => choose what the power buttons do => Change settings that are currently not unavailable and disable the fast startup checkbox.
Do you have an intel CPU ? disable turboboost in bios.
Will try and let you know but i’m scaref it will be the mother board again, it will be the second one Dell replace it once. I will figure out if i can change it if it’s the Mother board is dead. In think Dell Laptop have poor mother board. Do you know thé part # ?

This page at Lifewire has more information. Run diagnostics, F12 at boot, to find any possible hardware errors.
