Cloudpools account validation error

I'm trying to configure my first cloudpools account on our lab cluster running OneFS 8.1.0.2 for Amazon S3, but keep on getting the following error:

Account validation failed to connect to remote server: clapi error: CL_INVALID_LICENSE; The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method

Here is the command I've been trying to run:

cloudtest-1# isi cloud accounts create cloudpool s3 https://s3.amazonaws.com/[bucket_name] [access key]  [secret access key] --account-id [account_id] --telemetry-bucket [billing_bucket_name]

I've tried replacing the access key with email username, switching the access key and the secret access key, creating buckets in specific regions and specifying the region, but all without any luck. Any thoughts?

    bcourtney1,

I recall it uses mostly names and numbers. Can you try via WebUI also?

    example:

    S3 Account ID: 456817972679

User Name/S3 Access Key ID: AKIAJFPINYE7P6B3LYJ2

    S3 secret Key: OAE8GkSlMYajE1d/+ezhuAuQcnnmAkBCge57V3v1

    S3 Bucket: phil-aws3

Hmm, I tried doing that and again, got the same invalid license error as earlier. I tried generating new keys, but got the same results with the new keys as well.

Ignore me..:) I tried the cli and it worked. For some reason the webUI did not work for me.

Have you solved this issue? I got an eval license for cloudpools and would like to test it. I am getting the same error trying to connect to S3.

    Thanks
