I am currently using dell latitude 5490 - windows 10 updated to the latest version and all drivers are up to date.

I am facing a strange issue, the laptop hibernates after the battery reaches 0% and after that if I started the laptop again, it can run for a couple of hours at 0%. I changed the battery with a new one and facing the same issue even the new battery drops from 20% to 7% in few seconds, I checked the battery status using Dell Power Manager and it states that the battery is in excellent state.

Did you face a similar issue and how can I resolve this issue.
