i have a dell e4300 laptop and the problem is that the battary i purchased does not work i purchased it in 2020 3 months berfoe i had charged the battary at 80 persent after 3 months it does not charges

no it was not genuine Dell OEM battery

Is the battery a genuine Dell OEM battery? Also if the battery was not used for an extended period of time, it can affect it's performance.
