After inserting sim card into laptop using the slot it is not detected at all. Attempted installing full driver package from dell website, done all windows updates and optional updates, no changes at all. Sim card is confirmed to be working in other laptops just not even detected in this one.

Attempted reseating the sim multiple times with still no luck. No sim detection in control panel network connections and no option in windows settings for Cellular. What can be done to find a resolution for this?
