I get a rebuilt latitude with windows 10.  I just spent a couple of hours at the MS store, a tech reset the sleep/hibernate stuff, this is a known problem in Dell...I never had it happen in my old Acer.

I was just watching something on Britbox, and and it shut down, cold (we turned off all the kick start thing) two times.  Same thing as before, a bit of a load page then shut down.   Writing emails.  Shuts down.  When I reopen it. it starts up where I left off.  I'm tired of signing on 50 times a day.  I'm tired of shutdowns when I'm doing stuff.

How do I cure this computer?  I got in August and just started using it a week ago because I can't stand this.
