Hi all,  I need your help.

I have Alien Respawn 1.8.1.71 currently up and running on my 17M-X4.  When I open it up in  the "Dell Recommends" box it is telling me that there is an update - 1.9.0.22 to download and update.  However, when I click on the update and then click on continue, it tells me it is checking the system and then just disappears.  I still have version 1.8 and no update. What is going on?  Has anyone else had this problem?
