Maybe someone can help me. I have a Aurora and I'm trying to do the factory restore using Alienrespawn, but after I select the factory date and click restart my comp just restarts and load up normally. It gives me no other prompts just loads up. Anyone have this issue? Thanks in advance.

Maybe there is a problem with the Alienrespawn software; I will recommend you to run the repair from outside of windows by pressing F8 several times at the start up.

After the restart this is what it tells me
