Got up this morning and looked at my M18 order status and it moved from Augudt 20 to September 13.  When I talked to customer support and they will give me a better estimate.  I guess they can't give a real date.  Good chance I will have to cancel and get another product as I need it for trip I am taking.  This is a top end 6K model.  I guess they are not worried about their bottom line.
