Hi, just received my m11x R1 on the 18 and immediately encountered problems with freezing while gaming. Im getting a graphics card switch and hopefully that will fix that. But now whenever i open my alienware, from having earlier closed it and it going to sleep, everything turns on except for the display. there is nothing but a black screen. any help?
