Another Dell Technician turned up, he didn't bring with him thermal paste but he brought a new heat sync.

Firstly this guy didn't know how to open the case so Tyrone opened it for him.

Tyrone insisted that Dell Technician clean off the old thermal paste with alchohol andsoft cloth. The Technician tried to put the new Heat Sync in without applying new paste onto the CPU.

 The technician had to leave because he forgot to bring thermal paste, we did say we could go down to the shop and buy some artic silver paste for him but he refused to do it.

:( I am so tired of this illegal style Dell Technician.

He realised Tyrone was getting annoyed all of a sudden he became camera shy.

How come Dell is using Indian Technician? This guy could hardly speak English !!!
