I installed Windows 8.1 Pro x64 on my Alienware Aurora R4, I got the fan issue when I used the older Command Center so I installed my OS again, this time with the latest CC, problem still exists with tha fans running...

When the system starts up I choose to restart my Pc, after that everything is fine...

Please fix this Dell, it's very annoying!
