Custom Nameplate
I'm also wondering... Just ordered the AW 14 laptop two days ago and still can't find a way to order the nameplate engraved

That's stupid. After paying 2k for a laptop, one would think that Dell would offer more options, not less. Is there another company that offers this service?

Dell does not offer a custom nameplate on the new line of Alienware 14/17/18. The nameplate was only offered on the older Alienware laptop series.
