Well let me start on 11/19 I ordered a base X51 system that was on special with 8 gig's of ram, I-3 , 640 itb hd. 1 week later my est ship date was moved back a week to 12/11. When I called customer service I was told that they had a part backordered and that the new 12/11 ship date would be a safe bet. 4 days later I'm told now to call because the ship date has now been moved to 12/18. I call again and am told it's the wireless card that's out of stock but be assured it will arrive by 12/18, we will overnight it free of charge. Today just by checking my order through on-line chat I'm told your order is being cancelled. They said your system has a wireless card on order we no longer use the 1502, we now use the DW1506 Wireless-N WLAN Half Mini-Card, which corrects the issues with this system ,You have to cancell and re submit your order, delivery date is now 1/3/2013. Why does dell treat customers like this. 6 weeks for a pc is crazy. But for all of you with wireless issues that's the new card they're using.
