Hi,

I had a virus a few months ago and it caused some havoc on my system files. I did some quick fixes but its left my laptop running slow and it feels like some things go missing.

Anyways, its almost been a year since I bought this and I routinely like to format once a year to keep my computers running smooth. This is my first alienware laptop though, so I'm just wondering if there is a back up partition normally installed so I can get back to OEM? and if so, what key do I hit to initiate that backup during POST>?

I don't even have an optical drive so I don't know where to begin on this if there is no backup partition.
