Hi all, I´m not sure whether this issue belongs here, but I´ll try :)

I have Alienware M15x notebook and when starting the Alienware Command Center, only the black screen shows up, there´s nothing more. I´ve tried to reinstall it and fix the problem, but unfortunately, it´s still not working. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.
